TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

You must be 18+ to commission and/or purchase fursuit items - I reserve the right to request proof of age at any time during the commission process. If you choose not to comply with this, your commission will be cancelled. I am willing to work through a parent/guardian by arrangement.

I am not responsible for any harm that comes to you as a result of wearing my fursuits, including but not limited to injury from limited vision, restricted movement, or heat exhaustion. By commissioning or purchasing a fursuit from me, it is assumed that you have done your research and know the risks that can come with wearing these costumes.

Premades are not guaranteed to fit the buyer. Adjustments will not be made to premades unless discussed with me before the purchase. They are sold in an 'As Is' condition - I'm always more than happy to discuss any possible flaws in the fursuit.

Fursuit commissions will be listed and updated on my public Trello. If you wish to keep your suit anonymous, please inform me upon commissioning.

Fursuit items/materials may be exposed to cats and/or dogs throughout the building process. Commissions are stored and worked on away from pets, but if you are severely allergic, keep this in mind when considering a commission or purchase.

My work space is smoke and drug free.

Prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise and transactions will be made via Paypal - Cash or bank transfer payments are also available if you are a local client.

COMMISSIONS

30% of full payment required up-front to confirm and hold your commission slot - This pays for the materials to be used in making your suit and once the materials have been ordered is not refundable.

Total payment is required before your fursuit is completed and/or received.

Payment plans for the remaining amount are available if purchasing/commissioning an item valued over $200 but must be discussed prior to the commission being accepted. These are typically done at $100 weekly repayments after the initial 30% has been paid.

An unshaded, fursuit friendly reference is needed for anything more than simple parts. If you do not have one already, I'm happy to discuss making one for you for an additional fee. Please ensure reference sheets are SFW.

A specific (reasonable) completion time may be requested and I'll do my best to work with it but I do not currently take set deadlines.

COMMUNICATION

Communication can be arranged through discord, telegram or via email.

I pride myself on quick responses and many updates through the process - however please do keep in mind my timezone if it differs from your own.

A reasonable time frame on responses once your commission has begun (within 2-3 days) is also expected from clients - a lack of response may result in work on your fursuit being paused or if longer than a month passes with no communication, your commission may be cancelled.

REFUNDS

Refunds are possible in dire circumstances and will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

If your commission has not been started yet, it will be entirely refunded, excluding the 30% down payment for material costs.

A partial refund will be offered once work has started on the project, depending on how much of it has been completed.

You acknowledge that by requesting a refund you may not be reconsidered for future fursuit commissions.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission due to poor communication or rude/inappropriate behavior or if I am no longer able or willing to complete it for health/life reasons. In this situation I will make every effort to refund the entire amount of your payments to date.

I reserve the right to keep/modify/sell the product and/or materials in whatever state it is in if refunds are made by the client.

Modifications will be made as required to ensure it no longer resembles your character.

If the commission has been completed and received by the client, there will be no refunds or returns.

Once the item is in your possession it is 100% yours to do with as you please - but I retain the right to keep and use photos of the fursuit and/or parts for future advertisements on my website or social media.

Refunds will be made at the makers pace - it may not be possible for an immediate return of the agreed amount, however I will do my best to ensure it is taken care of swiftly.

SHIPPING

You, the client, are responsible for the payment of any custom fees, postal insurance, express post or any other postal options.

You will be charged appropriate shipping and handling costs.

Shipping and handling costs are to be paid before any products are shipped out.

Pick up options can also be arranged at Fur Out West, West Aussie Fur Frenzy and other Perth fur-meets by prior arrangement for locals.

The transport of any product is no longer my responsibility once it leaves my possession. Due care and consideration to appropriately package any product will be taken. No liability will be taken if the product gets lost, damaged or delayed in the post.

REPAIRS

All suits come with a six month warranty providing you with free basic repairs starting from the day of which you receive your items.

Repairs will be made for wear and tear due to normal use only. Normal use includes walking, sitting, crouching, and dancing.

Damage from poor storage, dry cleaning or adult activities is not covered.

After those six months are up, repairs will be subject to fees to cover materials and time.

If the fursuit or fursuit items have been altered by you or another maker, the warranty is void and it may not be accepted for repairs.

You are responsible for shipping/delivery costs both ways.

Please ensure fursuits are clean before sending them to me.
